Per the preface, the plays are presented in authoritative text, in readable form and with sufficient apparatus for the use of the student. Edited and with introductions by Thomas Marc Parrott and Robert Stockdale Telfer. --- In full green cloth-covered boards with titling in gilt to cover and spine. Volume has no dust jacket. --- Exposure to dampness has resulted in rippling to leaves. With soiling to cloth, foxing to textblock edges, significant loss of cover and spine gilding, discreet pencilings in a few locations, and prior owner's signature & glue remnants to front free endpaper; else a tightly-bound, sound, copy.; 16mo (6 to 7 in. tall) ; (8), 485 pages .
