There is NO tanning to the page edges of this book, which is extremely unusual. An excellent volume. Very minor rub to rear panel, but really excellent. Clean and strong signature by author.
Synopsis
Sharpe's Siege is a 1987 historical novel by Bernard Cornwell set in the Napoleonic wars during the British Invasion of France in 1814. Major Richard Sharpe joins a combined naval and infantry expedition to the French coast with the intention of capturing a fortress and several chasse-marées, and inciting a monarchist rebellion in Bordeaux.
