Signed by both author and illustrator on edition page. Hard cover published by Countryman Press in 1945. No DJ. Dark green covers with a gilt design of a flying duck on front and gilt lettering on spine. Corners are bumped slightly, and side edge of front cover has an indentation near top. Back edge of spine has some scrapes. Inside back cover has a sticker from Abercrombie and Fitch. Color plate and black and white illustrations. Book is in good plus condition. 213 pages, 2.7 lb.; 4to 11" - 13" tall; 213 pages; Signed by Author & Illustrator .
