1940. unbound. 12 x 9 inches, no place, no date, circa 1940. Fine original pencil and charcoal drawing, detailed and highlighted in white chalk, by artist Pat Arnold -- a shoulder-up glamorous pose. Inscribed: "To Pat, Many thanks and best wishes always, Marjorie Reynolds." Several tiny closed tears at the edges; edges unevenly trimmed. Very good(-) condition.<br/><br/> American actress who appeared in more than 70 films in a career that spanned almost 40 years. Reynold's cinema presence included bit parts in many A-films including "Gone with the Wind" (1939) as well as performing "White Christmas" as a duet with Bing Crosby in "Holiday Inn" (1942).<br/><br/>
