Brilliant blue silk cloth, title stamped in red, both bright and clean. Top edge red. With 31 plates and folding map. Hedin's account of his expedition to Sinkiang. Some foxing to endpapers and a few preliminary pages; rust mark and indentation from paper clip on ffep and half-title; the blue cloth binding bright and beautiful. In dust jacket with some chips and creases along the top edge, else GVG. Photos provided on request.
