T Maskew Miller, Cape Town / Basil Blackwell, Oxford, 1919. Third Edition (revised). Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. Signed. 559 pages (complete). They are scuffed and a little marked from shelving and use. They are sound and sure. The spine has wear to head and foot. The titling has been rubbed away. From thereon the pages are very smart, very clean and clear, conscientious, competent, confident, diligent. fk
