Springfield: Self Published, 1885. First Edition. Hardcover. Good. Small quarto. [1], viii, 200 pages, [1] page "To the Soldiers of the Late War", [1] page advertisement. Illustrated. Brown illustrated cloth hardcover. Title on the front cover and spine. Blind stamped patriotic design back cover. Edge wear to cloth head and base of the spine and corners. Facsimile sheet of "Vicksburg Wallpaper" on the rear paste down has been removed. There is a very thin strip of wallpaper remaining. Oldroyd's regiment was in Logan's Division, McPherson's Corp. Not in Nevins.
