London: John M. Watkins, 1910. 1st . Hardcover. Good. ASSOCIATION COPY with ownership signature of Ernest S. Suffern, dated 1915 on the front free endpaper. Pp. 303, large octavo format in dark green cloth and gilt titles. This copy bears the Lucis Trust bookplate, rear pocket with card, checkout slip, and spine number. The card shows six names of L.T. members checked out the book between 1935 and 1945. Book has a significan musty odour from poor storage. This will dissipate somewhat with proper storage in a dry well-ventilated location. Otherwise, binding is firm, internally good. Cloth is in good condition except for fading to the rear panel.
