Edges minutely rubbed. Otherwise clean and tight. The dustjacket is deeply tanned on the spine, and more lightly tanned on other surfaces. 1" closed tears at top and bottom of spine. Faint dampstain on back, visible only on the reverse side. In overall good condition. Newton was an editor of THE TAMPA TRIBUNE. In this book, he argues that Americans have a right to know about wasteful and corrupt government spending.
