Green top stain. Viking logo on half title page. 628 pages. Ghost of tape on middle of both front and rear FEPs and the half title page. Small stain at bottom corner of rear FEP and inside rear cover. No names, or marks to text, but there is a vertical list of numbers on the Rear FEP. Dust-jacket (with "$7.50" price intact), designed by Paul Bacon, gives photographic credit to "Hank Krangler" and has a two line Kesey biography on rear flap. Dust-jacket has the same ghost of tape at middle of both interior flaps, and slight darkening along both top and bottom of both interior flaps. Dust-jacket front flap has a small crease at bottom edge.
