New York: Frederick A. Stokes. Fair with no dust jacket. 1913. First Edition. Hardcover. Internally very good. Covers are rubbed and lightly soiled although the cover illustration is nice. The spine is missing nearly 1/2" at top andthe is a hole near the bottom of the spine (bug damage?). ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 216 pages .
