Condition:
FOOTBALL: the covers have separated 1" from the spine at both the top and bottom edges; small tears along the perimeter of the covers. The pages are in very good condition - some light foxing to the inside covers and to the 1st page, otherwise clean with no writing. BASKETBALL: the bottom-right corner of the front cover and the top-left corner of the back cover have torn off; the covers have separated from the spine 2" down at the bottom edge; the top edge of the front cover has separated from the spine 1/2" down from the top; light stain on the inside front cover; the pages are in overall very good condition with only some light foxing to the inside covers and to the 1st and last pages of the guide; light stain at the outer margin of pages 25 & 26.
