London: For E. Williams, 1815. First Edition. Octavo. half-title, 353pp., (1) directions for placing the plates, (2)pp.index, illustrated by I. Havell with 10 copper plates engravings of which 9 are beautifully hand-colored, handsomely bound in brown polished calf, boards double ruled in gilt, raised bands with compartments ruled and lettered in gilt, inner gilt dentelles, all edges marbled with matching marbled endpapers. Some off-setting to text facing plates, short owner's inscription, slight bowing of boards otherwise a beautiful copy of this very scarce work. [Abbey, Scenery, 520].
