A collection of a variety of healthy recipes, including some for crockpot and pressure cooker and meant as a high altitude cookbook. Brown spiral binding with illustrated cover and black titles. A little edge wear to cover, small tear in title page top at binding with small smudge inside cover, author signed and inscribed and gift inscription on title page, interior pages bright and clean, binding tight.
