One leaf with closed tear, another leaf with old marginal paper repair of a short closed tear, mild and even age-toning but contents excellent with plates well struck with dark impressions. Near Fine copy of this beautifully illustrated book. Quarto (6-1/4" x 8-3/4") bound in modern smooth brown morocco-backed cloth, [16], 16, 168, 104, 56, 160, 24 pages. Text in Latin and Dutch. Illustrated with a frontispiece dated 1630 and 126 nearly full-page engravings by Matham after A. van de Venne.
