Oxford: James Thornton, 1893. Magazine. Six issues, various pagination, 6x9 inches, poetry, stories, essays, very worn copies, several with wraps in tatters, all wraps detached and completely missing from issue #2. Bosie's literary journal which began in May 1892 and ceased with volume 4 in 1893. The Feb. 17, 1893 issue contains the first appearance of Wilde's "House of Judgement". Lord Alfred Douglas praised Wilde's "Salome" in this periodical (not found in these particular issues) which led to their relationship and Douglas's translation of the play. These copies are quite fragile with mostly unopened pages, rusted and missing staples, detached and chipped and missing covers.
