The first folding map is Couchiching and the Lakes of Muskova via Northern Railway of Canada, which has a pretty significant closed tear but no paper loss (repairable). It is brittle and has essentially fallen apart at the horizontal fold lines but is complete with no paper loss (repairable). The book has some wear and very minor chipping to corners and spine ends, hinges internally reglued and secure, text block sound but not tight, pages slightly age-toned but clean, personal bookplate inside the front cover, no other names or markings.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
