1800 Print. Fair. No Binding. Portrait print of a young man holding a sword against a naval background. Better know as Sir Frescheville Holles, a captain in the navy and killed in action in 1672. The sheet is trimmed closs to the image with the loss of the publisher's imprint. It has been window mounted into a slightly larger sheet. Brief pencil notes to the rear of the sheet. Print undated but circa 1800. Spotted and light browning. The original sheet measures approximately 15 x 11cm and the larger sheet 25.1 x 14.3cm.
