Condition: This two-volume set is an original with 15 fold out maps in excellent condition as well as 179 illustrations in the combined volumes. Bindings are secure and cover and spine gold stamping is bright as shown. Note that the foldouts required the insertion of guards within the signatures which appear throughout the books as published. This was done to accommodate the large number of fold outs. All pages, maps and illustrations are present and accounted for!
