York [England]: Printed by Henry Cobb, 1821. 16mo (17 cm; 6.75"). 27, [1] pp.

The York Retreat (1796-1914) was an early Quaker experiment in the treatment of mental illness. William Tuke was its founder and originally limited treatment and admission to Quakers but gradually the Retreat became open to everyone.
The annual reports are generally rare, especially the early ones. Removed from a nonce volume. Very good.
