New York: Bramhall House, 1967. Hardcover. Small 4to. Red cloth, pictorial dust jacket. x, 269pp. Illustrations. Very good/good plus. Jacket edgeworn, with chips at head and tail of spine; a dozen pages bear some ink underlinings. Just a reprint of the 1967 Dodd Mead edition, but tight and fairly attractive despite flaws.
