Black coloured boards with gilt colour titles to the backstrip. Illustrated dustwrapper, by Allan Sorrell, with black background and white coloured titles to the front panel and white and red coloured titles to the backstrip. Set during the reign of the druids in ancient Britain, where a wandering stone mason must destroy Stonehenge before its completion otherwise the devil reigns supreme over the Earth. Softening to the backstrip edges and rubbing to the lower book edges. Discolouration to the paper edges. Hand written marks to the endpapers. Dustwrapper is rubbed and faded, particularly spine. Chipping to the top dustwrapper edge and rubbing and chipping to all corners. discolouration to the fold over panels and there are grubby marks to the verso of the dustwrapper.
