Minton, Balch & Company. 1928. Hardcover. First edition. No additional printings listed. HC published by Minton, Balch & Company in 1928. No dust jacket. Ends of spine are worn with some tearing. Bottom corners of covers are bumped and worn, and top corners are bumped. Front and back covers have some small stains and some edge wear. Most pages have some foxing along side edge, and side edge of pages has some minor insect damage. Binding is split some before back cover. Inside back cover has bookstore sticker on it. .
