Colored frontispiece of Tolstoy. Pictorial boards, looks like straw figures, beige cloth spine. Front free end-paper missing. There is no date on the copyright page. There is however a date of 1895on the final line of the book. Spine top and bottom and corners bumped. Small stain at the top of the spine. Wonderful color illustrations. Stories include "What Men Live By", "How Much Land Does A Man Need?", and more ; 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall; 224 pages .
