New York: Bantam Books (2000), 2000. First edition. Hardcover. Very Good/very near Fine. Large 8vo. [13], 2-973, [5] pp. Quarter blue cloth over white paper boards with silver lettering on the spine. Price of $26.95 on front flap of dust jacket. The third book in Martin's acclaimed A Song of Ice and Fire series. Moderate concavity to the spine (a common flaw with this enormous book), and yellowing to the boards from handling (appears as though the book was read without the jacket) in a close to Fine dust jacket with a tiny tear to the bottom left corner of the front panel.
Synopsis
A Storm of Swords is the third of seven planned novels in A Song of Ice and Fire, an epic fantasy series by American author George R. R. Martin. It was first published on 8 August 2000 in the United Kingdom, with a United States edition following in November 2000. Its publication was preceded by a novella called Path of the Dragon, which collects some of the Daenerys Targaryen chapters from the novel into a single book. To date, A Storm of Swords is the longest novel in the series.
