Full leather binding with raised bands and gilt titles and decorations on the spine and a gilt illustration stamped on the front cover. Marbled edges, marbled endpapers, notes, index. School prize bookplate on the front endpaper, very lightly rubbed on the extremities. Locale: Ancient Rome. (History--Ancient, History--Ancient).
