Front cover has a one inch area near bottom and an area at outside side edge that has been faded from water. Rear cover has a bit more faded spots. Spine has no faded spots but is a bit overall darkened from sun. Spine cover ends are creased. Cover corners have some bumping. Text is quite clean/tight with normal page browning. Rear free endpaper has tiny store sticker plate where sold which is Izard Company Elmira NY. Free gift wrapping, card and drop shipping. Let us know the occasion and message. ; 5x71/2; 240 pages .

No dust jacket. Red boards with black print front and spine. Lettering is sharp. Boards are in very good condition, No marking or writing in text. Binding is good.
