About This Item

Pasadena: The Castle Press, 1980. Limited Edition. Hardcover. Fine. Small 8vo. Pp. viii; 131. Frontis. reprint b&w photo of Osler at his desk. Appendices; notes. Illustrated with b&w photos and other reproductions. A Fine copy bound in dark red cloth with gilt lettering on spine and front cover. Of those 500, 175 copies were reserved for members of the Roxburghe Club and the Zamorano Club, of which this was one, with printed note laid-in revealing such. The Zamorano Club was an appropriate channel for distribution of some copies, given Charles Carmac's early membership in the Zamorano Club.
