London: Heinemann, 1972 first edition in a good price clipped dustwrapper with rubbing to edges and some short edge tears, there is discolouration on the reverse edge of the jacket from residue of a plastic cover, the four corners of the fold in flaps are clipped to tips, book is clean and tidy excepting faint foxing to closed top page edge. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Good. 8vo - over 7? - 9? tall.

Rest of World; Books up to 1kg (standard) NZD$60.00 or for expedited NZD$100.00adding additional books in same order usually $30 extra each. For orders valued NZD$250.00 or higher you will need to choose Expedited postage.Currently due to airline constraints there is usually at least a week before parcels find a space on outgoing flights, so expect at least two weeks for delivery outside New Zealand. OVERSIZED RATESWeights greater than 1000 grams will be charged a proportionally increased rate. I.E. 2500 grams will be charged at x2.5 standard 1kg rate.
