About This Item

Middlesex, England: The Sunday Mirra Offices, 1978. Wraps. Very good. Features the cover stories "Punk Power of the Sex Pistols: The Mirra Goes on Tour with Britain's Most Outrageous Band" and "Buzzcocks: Pete Shelley, Serious Questions with Shocking Silly Answers"

Sunday Mirra was an English punk zine edited by Ira A. Robbins. Five issues were published between October 1977 and April 1978. This issue also includes a selection of reggae reviews (Black Slate, Augustus Pablo, Matumbi), gig report on a show with Gary Numan's Tubeway Army, a track-by-track rundown of the first Johnny Moped bootleg tape, music news, etc.

Photomechanically reproduced on the recto of 16 sheets of 8 ¼" x 11 " variously colored stock, which are stapled in the upper left corner. The fourth sheet, in blue, features an advertisement for Lightning Records on the verso. Minor crease and some related wear adjacent to the staple, with some very mild toning along the extremities; otherwise very good.
