Quarto. 87 pp. One of 44 deluxe copies with a print pulled from John Buckland Wright's copper plates entitled "Nymphe Surprise No.II", engraved during his period at the Atelier 17. It was a previously un-editioned copper engraving, printed by the Black Star Press and seen here for the first time. Further illustrated with 12 plates, 16 blocks, and additional engravings. With an introduction by Christopher Buckland Wright, signed and numbered by him. Extremely fine, in quarter vellum and patterned paper boards, title gilt-stamped on spine. Housed in a matching slipcase. Announcement laid in.
