Sold as an excellent reference because the interior of still very good but . . .Folio, 15 1/4, 168 pages, black cloth. A good, hard cover first edition over all, with signicant shelf wear at the cover edges (actually squirrel nibbled with fabric loss at the top cover edge, cover fore-edge and top and bottom of the spine; interior very good, hinges and binding tight, paper slightly yellowed, wih light foxing to the fore-edges. Without dust jacket.
