About This Item

New York: Columbia Broadcasting System [1946]. Pictorial boards, shelf wear, corners rubbed, age-toned, 3" chip from base of spine. The story of two creatures known as glimps, one who sees in color and one in b&w. This was a promotion for the early days of color television. Included with this copy is a letter from the American Television Society, unrelated to the book, about attending a talk about starting a television station, particularly WPIX. The letter is signed by then ATS president, Don McClure. Both the book and letter are an interesting glimpse (sorry, couldn't help it) at the early days of American Television history.. First Edition. Good/No Jacket As Issued. Small Oblong 4to.
