New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1922. 1st. Hardcover. Very good. Bound in the publisher's original cloth over boards, lightly rubbed at the edges and extremities, lightly frayed at the head and heel. Cover stamped in blind, spine stamped in gilt which is rubbed but still legible. Front hinge and ffep have started but are holding. All pages bright. Facsimile dust jacket which adds no value.
