Signed presentation by Hill (in pencil) on front endpaper: "To Capt. Johnston Mali whose name, save for a printer's error, would have appeared in print on the 4th page hereof- In compensation whereof he is hereby excused from compliance with the S.O. published herein! Xmas 1920." Hill has added Mali's nameon the dedication page. Very Good (front cover bright but spine & edges bit sunned). $150.00.
