Contents include 3 Appendices [including a useful Bibliography & a Glossary], an Addendum and a Corrigenda. Presentation inscription, signed in full by the Author to prelim leaf [foolishly struck through with a single pen stroke by a subsequent owner but still clear]. A few minor white paint spots to cloth and spine cloth slightly darkened, otherwise very good in the original blue cloth-covered boards/gilt spine title/gilt vignette to front board. Some additional postage may be required for overseas mailing.. Inscribed & Signed by Author. First Edition. Cloth.
