Short tape repair to spine end else a fine copy. Thomas Edward Ketchum (known as Black Jack; 1863 - 1901) was an American cowboy who later became an outlaw, joining the Hole in the Wall Gang. He was executed in 1901 for attempted train robbery. (Six Guns #2112).
