London: Methuen, 1926. First Edition. Hard Cover. Dust Jacket. First UK Edition. Words by A.A. Milne; Music by H. Fraser-Simson; and decorations by E.H. Shepard. Publishers original chocolate-brown boards with an ochre binding strip for the spine. Cream-coloured paper label to the front board lettered in dark blue showing Pooh Bear reading a newspaper on the ground. Offsetting to both sets of end-papers and an attractive "This Music Belongs To" Label affixed to the front free end-paper overall a VG+ copy. The sea-green D/W is priced seven and sixpence net to the front cover as called for. The VG+ D/W is complete with no wear, tears or pieces missing and is just faintly darkened to the spine.
