Paris: L'Édition D'Art, 1918. Hardcover (Half Leather). Very Good Condition. Edmond Dulac. Finely rebound in a half leather art deco binding of gilt ruled green morocco with geometrical inlays on the spine of red and blue morocco, in a marbled slipcase edged in leather. Undated ca. 1918, with 40 tipped in plates by Dulac, one loose but present. Pages are very slightly browned, otherwise unmarked. Lightly rubbed on the spine, hinges and corners; slipcase worn at edges. Bookplate to a front endpaper. First Illustrated Edition, or first by this illustrator and in this format. Size: Quarto (4to).
