About This Item

Verlag Gustav Kuhn in New Ruppin, 1840. Very good overall. Charming German hand colored lithograph with titles in English, German and French. Depicting a brother and sister in a wooded tropical landscape, the brother tenderly bandaging the bare foot of his seated sister.

Lith. v. Bulow printed below image. Printed below title: London, C. Louis & Co.; Berlin, Reinhold Kuhn; Stockholm, P. A. Huldberg.

Image approximately 11 x 15 1/2". Slightly toned, small chip top edge, some damp stains to verso at lower edge, nevertheless a beautiful example of high quality German lithography.
