Includes Author's preface to Editions of 1868 and 1888; Chronological List of Poems & Plays; Index of First Lines and General Index. Both protected by tissue guards. Handsome Prioze Bindings. Contemporary Red Calf Full-Leather Bindings with 4 Raised Bands to spines. Gilt titles on Black grounds in 2nd compartments and Gilt Decoration in others. Gilt Armorial Bearings for Eastbourne College on fronts. Narrow Gilt foliate border decoration on fronts and backs, board edges and inside borders. Endpapers and all page edges Marbled. Vol I, 748 p.pages and Vol. II786 pages. 7 1/2 tall, 1.7 Kilos. Slight edge wear, fine cracks to most hinges. Prize label dated 1906 on Endpaper of Vol. II. No other inscriptions. Set weighs 1.7 Kilos so Shipping Outside UK will be a little extra. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall
