First Edition Thus, expanding the original 1973 edition to include the years 1973-1978, in celebration of the company's thirtieth anniversary, and with criticism of George Balanchine's works such as Union Jack, Vienna Waltzes, Chaconne, and Kammermusik No 2, and that produced the Ravel Festival, with works also by Jerome Robbins, Peter Martins, Merrill Ashley, Suzanne Farrell, Mikhail Baryshnikov and others. Sturdy, attractive, tightly bound, internally clean hardcover copy but for previous owner's ink-stamp and penned inscription at gutter, with unbruised tips, neat and tidy paste-downs; not ex-library, with neither highlighting nor underlining. Bright and shiny dust jacket, illustrated, showing only very minor wear, not price-clipped. xvi [2], 4-398 pp. Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards. Additional postage may be required for oversize or especially heavy volumes, and for sets.
