They are decorated with gilt titles and illustrations and black decorations. Ingram Cobbin (1777 - 1851) was an English minister. Publisher's dark brown cloth with gilt-stamped cover title and decoration. No date of publication. Little is known about the publisher Maler Renz, but it was active in the mid-19th century. This title is not in WorldCat. The title page verso contains a poem by German poet Albert Knapp (1798-1864). Very scarce. In Fair Condition: cover is rubbed and slightly soiled; lacking number 9 and 2/3 of number 10; numbers 30 and 32 are detached but present, with chipping along fore-edges; number 34 lacking lower corner, without loss of illustration or caption; numerous closed tears; finger soiling throughout.

Bound in flexible brown Meritian Goatskin Leather. The binding measures just about 9 1/2 inches tall by 6 1/4 inches wide. All edges gilt, although when one flips through the text, the fore edge appears green. The binding shows just about no wear. A fresh, clean copy. Contains 12 pages of color maps at the rear. The publisher's box shows light to moderate rubbing and wear. Overall a very nice copy.
