New York: St. Martin's Press, 1981. First Edition, First Printing. Cloth. Very good/good +. Kevin Reilly. A very good first printing in a good plus dust jacket. Sienna cloth boards with gilt title stamping on spine. Head of spine has a closed tear of 1/4 inch. End papers are marked with price in marker. Interior is clean and bright. Unclipped dust jacket has shows two 1/4 inch closed tears which have been taped., and water stain on the interior of the dust jacket. Dust jacket now protected in a clear, removable, archival cover. 531 pp. Octavo, 6 1/2 x 9 1/2 inches tall.
