Very good clean condition, save for rear panel of folded map, which is lightly soiled, not impacting map on verso. Small icons identify approaching airplanes (from Sydney, Vancouver, Los Angeles) and passenger ships (from San Francisco, London, etc.). Elsewhere on the map, icons identify recreations such as skiing, fishing, etc. as well as thermal attractions, glaciers, mountains, lakes, and more. The highways of North and South Island, red in coloring, are also prominently featured. An attractive vintage map designed by the country's "Lands & Survey Department." .
