Near Fine/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. 1981 First Edition of the Revised Edition, original edition was 1963. Size octavo, 553 pages including postscript. Emerald green hard cover with gilt titles to the spine, illustrated dust jacket. Book condition near fine, a very clean copy. Dust jacket condition very good, edges very slightly creased, minute 1mm x 1mm rubbed on front top edge, else fine, not price clipped but no price on flaps anyway. Jacket design by George Ernest Sharp. The story of Hero Hollis and her adventures in slave trading Zanzibar during the nineteenth century.
