Recent half brown chagrin (shagreen) with marbled boards, spine gilt lettered, entirely uncut "à la barbe". ¶ A very rare and interesting work, being "the first significant work on Music and Medicine. Copy with ample margins.--(A few pages with some insignificant loss of paper in the outer marging; upper margin of the last 11 leaves slightly damaged with some loss of marginal paper, but a nice clean large paper copy).
