Includes a lengthy article on the arbitration over Timor, with color maps (L'Affaire de l'Ile de Timor, pp377 - 424) concerning the conflicting interests of Portugal and the Netherlands in Timor.

4to, lxxxi, 492pp, color folding maps. Half red cloth and brown paper covered boards. Spine a bit sunned, ends frayed, loose in covers but text block intact.
