Vol II - v, 503 pp. Contents include: Buckingham Palace, Stafford House, Devonshire House, Lansdown House, Mr. Holford's Collection, Apsley House, Collections in the Environs of London etc. Vol III - vi, 486 pp + 20 pp ads (Mr. Murray's List of New Works (April, 1854). Contents include: Stanstead House, Oxford, Winchester Cathedral and College, Bath, Birmingham, Edinburgh, York Cathedral, Chatsworth - seat of Duke of Devonshire, Alton Towers - seat of the Earl of Shewsbury, Holkham House - seat of Earl of Leicester, Cambridge. binding sound and tight in all three volumes. Text of all three volumes clean. red eps. Bound in original maroon and marbled red cloth boards with gilt lettering on spines. Top and bottom of spines and corners rubbed. Vol I - Split of about 1 inch at top edge of spine at front board. Vol II - nick in cloth of spine at top and bottom. Overall condition VG.
