London : Grant and Griffith, 1854 A fair to good copy in blue decorative cloth binding with 8 colour plates by James Andrews. The binding has gilt decoration to the front board and gilt decoration and titles to spine. The spine is faded with pulling to top and bottom and wear to spine joints. The corners have some wear. Contents: frontispiece, title page, preface, contents listing, 7 further plates, and text. 464pp including index. The plates are clean and well-coloured (although it looks a little strange having them bound at the front), but without tissue-guards. Text is clean.
